Carpool & Commuting

South Florida Commuter Services helps promote ride sharing options for commuters in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. They do this by providing commuters with information on the various modes available, and putting them in touch with riders who live and work in close proximity. In addition, we also work closely with employers to identify commuter issues, and provide support to relieve these issues.

One money saving, and environmentally friendly transportation solution is Broward County Transit (BCT). BCT can take riders practically anywhere you want to go — work, schools, shopping, libraries, parks, cultural and civic activities, and other places of interest. They also provide links to Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties transit systems.

BCT buses provide connectivity Broward County’s multimodal transportation network, as well as system wide connections at three transfer terminals: Broward Central Terminal (downtown Fort Lauderdale); West Regional Terminal (Plantation) and Lauderhill Mall Transfer Facility (Lauderhill).
