Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Plantation French Quarter Condominium, Inc. will be held as follows:

See below the Agenda of items to be acted upon at the meeting.

Meeting Rules:

• The meeting is for unit owners only.
• You must identify yourself by your first name, last name, and unit number to be allowed into the Zoom meeting. If attending in person you must sign an attendance sheet.
• Members wishing to speak at the meeting must sign up at a sign-up sheet in person or the Zoom meeting Chat. Sign-up will close at the time the meeting begins. You will need to sign for each of the agenda items you want to address.
• A member who has signed the sign-up sheet may speak for a total of no more than three (3) minutes per agenda item. Time must not be passed off or transferred between members.
