Owners and renters are welcome to participate.

We want you to enjoy the Holiday season as a community.  Our Holiday contest has started and we are happy to inform that the place is looking GREAT!

It’s important to observe safety rules, respect our community and be considerate.

Below are a couple of housekeeping rules to follow so we can continue celebrating our contest every year.  We appreciate your cooperation.

Residents can’t connect inflatables to the Building electrical outlet. 

The landscaper will be here on 12/21 and 01/04, protect your inflatable (if you have one outside), the landscaper nor the Association will be responsible for your decorations.

Do not block the hallway or building entrance with any decorations, this is a safety concern.

Residents aren’t allowed to hang or attached decorations from the building roof.  If you had, please remove them.

We appreciate the enthusiasm for this year’s Holiday Decorating Contest!

The competition is fierce, let’s celebrate in a safe manner.
